Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with Gelato’s fulfillment policies.
