All products sold through this store are made to order and custom-produced specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Shipping
We currently ship only to selected European countries.
Free standard shipping is included with every order, so the price you see is the final price you pay. There are no additional shipping charges for eligible destinations within our shipping area.
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout but are not guaranteed.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with Gelato’s fulfillment policies.
Returns & Refunds
As all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Orders placed by mistake
