Gaming Story Tyme !
Fatponycat Who?
I’m the person behind “Fatponycat”, also known as Kisse. In my almost 37-year-long life, I have seen quite a lot of all kinds of shiet. I’ll tell you more in the future, but for now I’m just catching you up on who I am.
I live in Finland, which is a very dark and cold country (like my mind). I’ve been playing video games and taking care of horses my whole life. To this day, nothing has changed—except for my reaction speed, both when gaming and dodging horses.

And My Favorite Game Is?
Games like Final Fantasy, Resident Evil 3, Metal Gear, etc., and Sega’s The Lion King & especially Sonic were my favorites in childhood. I never dared to play Resident Evil alone—honestly, I still don’t. But Nemesis has always been my absolute favorite. These days, I mostly play Sonic on my phone. For a few years, I actually didn’t play at all—I focused on horses, partying, friends, and everything related to “real life.”
Later on, about 12 years ago, I got excited about gaming again—and it all started when my friend said to me: “You won’t get through the tutorial without dying.” Of course, I replied cockily, “Oh, really?” and went for it. The game was Dark Souls, and well, I definitely didn’t make it through without dying—not even close. 😀 However, Dark Souls as a game was so addictive that my friend lent me an Xbox, the game itself, and said, “Get out of here” (I had just moved into my new place, which was practically empty). Spending time playing Dark Souls on an Xbox 360 with a 21-inch CRT television, I lost track of time—and reality. But the game was made for stubborn people like me, who don’t quit until they succeed. And that feeling when I beat it for the first time… indescribable. Afterwards, though, I felt so empty—“What am I supposed to do now?!” :O
Then I remembered that I still had horses at the stable and two corgis at home. Maybe I could spend time with them—or just start the game all over again!! 😀
Things Change..
I have always been a loyal console gamer and have always denied that I would ever play Counter-Strike—until 2023. That’s when I decided to try playing CS:GO on a laptop with a PlayStation controller. Oh, and at 15 fps! 😀 Of course, it didn’t go well—there were only tears and screaming, since I had never even played first-person shooter games before. So… I bought the whole setup at once: a computer, two monitors, a HyperX keyboard, and a Razer mouse. Oh, and of course, a desk, chair, and mouse pad too. I already had HyperX wireless headphones, which I had used with my PlayStation.
I got all of this just for Counter-Strike… Oh my goodness..
Here We Are Today
And that brings us to today. These days, I mainly play CS2, Tarkov, Fortnite (another game I said I’d never play), and of course, Dark Souls. (And let’s just mention in passing that before I switched to PC, I completed all the Dark Souls games 1–3 and Bloodborne on PlayStation, 100% including all the DLCs.) I mainly make gaming videos in Finnish for my YouTube channel, FatponyPlays—sometimes I do live streams, too. Twitch just wasn’t for me.
I’m sure I’ve already forgotten half the thoughts and stories I meant to share while writing this. But here you have it—a quick summary, at least in broad strokes.
I still have horses—Irish Cobs—that I actually remember and take care of regularly between all my gaming sessions this time. 😀 But to keep this article readable and fairly short, I’ll tell you more about my horses and the rest of my life in the next section. 🙂
Thank You For Reading!
Regards, Kisse
